Financial firm to move its HQ in the suburbs
After 45 years in the Jenkintown, Pa., area, Lincoln Investment Planning Inc. has signed a lease to relocate its corporate headquarters to an office complex in Fort Washington, Pa.
The national financial advisory firm signed an 11-year deal on 48,412 square feet at Apex Fort Washington at 601 Office Center Drive.

Montco property changes hands
Kairos Real Estate Partners of King of Prussia and Artemis Real Estate Partners of Bethesda, Md., bought the Fort Washington Executive Center, a 400,000-square-foot office property at 600, 601 and 602 Office Center Drive for a tad more than $30 million. The property reportedly got a lot of investor attention with about a dozen bidders seeking it. I spoke with Steve Gleason, president of Kairos, about the acquisition and his plans for the property.

An office complex in Fort Washington, Pa., where NutriSystem Inc. makes its world headquarters has sold to a local real estate investment firm.
The Fort Washington Executive Center, a 400,000-square-foot office property at 600, 601 and 602 Office Center Drive, was bought by Kairos Real Estate Partners of King of Prussia, Pa., along with Artemis Real Estate Partners of Bethesda, Md.
