In tandem with the development of a new brand, the master plan for the site is focused on providing the environment and amenities that are attracting and retaining tenants today. The modernization of the outdoor environment, increased connectivity between the buildings as well as between the tenant suites and the public spaces, and an overall refresh of the site amenities will have a positive impact on the site and its tenants.
The existing courtyard has been transformed into an urban plaza. As the site’s first experience, this plaza will be both an exciting and efficient circulation path, as well as a welcoming park with outdoor amenity spaces.
